The inner diameter of the hoop is 8mm. The hoop wire is 20g (standard ear wire) and will fit any standard piercing. The squared hoop is 1.5mm x 1.5mm.
You can wear this hoop as a single helix cartilage hoop or you can select to purchase a pair and wear them as a standard lobe earring. These can also be worn as an ear cuff if you don't have a cartilage piercing, but want a little extra flair for your ears. To wear, open the hoop gently, as it is in the photos. Thread the hoop into your ear and gently close the hoop so the two ends meet. You can wear the hoop for as long as you are comfortable with it. The idea behind the design is to provide a hoop that can stay in the cartilage for a length of time and not open and fall out.
