Shipping policy

Once your order is ready to be shipped, a shipping lable will be created through shopify. I typically ship with USPS. The package is insured for the amount you've paid for the item. 

  After an order is placed it can take up to two weeks for me to ship it. Many of the items in my shop are customized. This requires me to make them as they are ordered. Sometimes your item will be started the day it is ordered, other times I may need to order supplies which will push your order back.

If you have a date you need your order by, please let me know and I will do my best to make it happen for you! I am very open to working with customers!
