The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
- Custom or personalized orders
- Items that have been sized to your specifications

If a piece of jewelry breaks from a limited amount of use I will make an assessment of the damage and determine the situation from there.
I will cover return shipping in the case of damaged goods. The shipping for size adjustments will fall on the customer.
